At the beginning of August, my Mom came out to visit and we had a fun time taking her to Trail Dust town one evening. We ate dinner at the Pinnacle Peak restaurant and then enjoyed walking around the little "town" that was originally built many years ago as a movie set. It has since been turned into a fun little tourist destination. They have a gun show, ice cream and candy shop, train ride, and the famous steak restaurant where ties are not welcome. It's only open in the evenings. Here are the boys waiting for the train.
