Since Charlie was just a month or so old, Dave and I sing to him a little when we rock him to sleep. I actually sing real songs. Dave, on the other hand, sings a song that goes something like this (sung to the tune of ? ):Close your eyes and fall asleep
And you'll feel better tomorrow.
I have been wanting to write this down for a while. It always makes me laugh.

I've got a voice that only Charlie could love and the words used to change every time I sang it (the tune probably still does), but fortunately the little guy enjoys it enough to fall asleep at night.
