Just one on the bottom. The tooth next to it is breaking through now, and there is a top tooth that is also on its way! It will be great when he grows out of this hillbilly stage of his life.
Just wait until he's 7 or 8 and his baby teeth in the front fall out and are replaced by huge adult teeth that are way too big for his face! That's a fun stage! :)
