So, the house just received it's "lath." Apparently, lath (white stuff) is what they do before the stucco goes on. Inside, the house has been completely drywalled. Things are moving right along! I am standing on the porch.
Dave, keep that big mound of dirt in front of the garage so when you leave for work everyday it's like getting airborn off a ramp into the street like the Dukes of Hazzard. That would be money.
